Today the name of school is “Petro  Kuzmjak” primary school and high school. The name of school tells us that the school consists of two (i.e. three) units: primary and secondary school. High school, which is unique in Yugoslavia

Primary school consists of 21 classes from the first to the eight grade with 500 pupils. This year 51 pupils are enrolled in primary school all of them attended are school form of education which also exists in the village (nursery school). In grade eight, there are 69 pupils out of whom one part will enroll in our high school. Apart from our pupils, the pupils from different parts of our country (and before the war even from other republics) enroll into our high school.

          The high school has general program the teaching is in Ruthenian and in Serbian. This year 57 pupil enrolled in this school out of which 15 are in Ruthenian language (even though there are only 30 places) and 42 pupils in Serbian language. Because of such structure this high school is the unique in this country, and because it has classes in Ruthenian language it is the only one in the world. Even though this high school is a small one, X generations that have finished this school are successfully registered at a university.

         Under the same roof there is a confortable boarding school for 70 pupils, who are not from the village. There is also a modern kitchen, gymnasium and sports field. The building is situated in the center of the village, surrounded with park - the real school with the basic reqirements and characteristics - hardwork and high culture.
